Return Policy:

PAT McGRATH LABS accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once a return is received and processed at our warehouse, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days. For exchanges, the replacement product will be dispatched once the exchange has been processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If any items arrive damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact Customer Care within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number, clear photos of the damaged item(s), and your packing slip. Please do not dispose of damaged items, as they may need to be returned in order for us to resolve your request.

No restocking fees are charged on returns.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
